Great fit! Better than the New Erra imho. The white hat is very sharp and instantly changes perceptions. It does not stay white very long and all of the scotch guard like products I've tried do not keep it clean. It would be unreasonable to expect a white hat to stay pristine with daily wear, so I ordered the black one too. ;-)
